All Luxe Aura products are handcrafted in small batches with love. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Luxe Aura is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our body-care products, all sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Summer Shipping Notice

During warmer months, body butters and scrubs may soften, melt, or experience minor oil leakage while in transit. This is a natural reaction to heat and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

We recommend tracking your package and bringing it inside as soon as possible after delivery. If your body butter arrives melted, place it in a cool area or refrigerator until it firms back up. The texture may look slightly different after cooling, but the product is still safe to use.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives with excessive leakage or damage. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
